About the publisher

With a catalogue of over 3,000 active titles, we are the largest supplier of Czech sheet music in the world. Since our founding in 1991, we have been forging the way forward for Czech music across the globe via the distribution network of the international publishing group Bärenreiter.

One of our priorities is the publication of scholarly critical editions. We publish the works of Bedřich Smetana, Antonín Dvořák, Leoš Janáček, Josef Suk, Bohuslav Martinů and other composers in Urtext editions. The works of Janáček and Martinů are also presented in the volumes of our complete critical editions, which are regarded as the very pinnacle of music publishing activities. Another mainstay of our publishing profile is the production of educational and instructional sheet music.
